Monthly Service Support Fee R 333.33 per pc p/m.
FKS to provide the full maintenance of all of all IT and Network related Hardware and the full support and maintenance of all IT software used at operations of the specific locations nominated by the user as well as internet support information and services if required
Traveling at AA Recommended rates
Accommodation if services are provided outside of the Johannesburg area
Significant changes to the Hardware or Software can be supplied if required by user at a price of cost + 15% with installation of these products at normal Service Level charges.
